QULORA Privacy PolicyHow information is handled in the current Qulora app. Effective date: October 29, 2026
1. Who is responsibleQulora is operated by Qulora. For privacy questions or requests, contact haigao4177@163.com. This policy describes the current app version, including features that use our online services.
2. Information stored on your deviceQulora stores a generated local user identifier, session credentials and sign-in dates; nickname and optional avatar; drafts, selected photos, rendered cards, layout and style choices; binder and local publication status; likes, saved templates and reports; support messages entered in the app; appearance and consent settings. Poem cards, photos and voice notes you create remain on your device unless you export or share them yourself.
3. Information sent to our serversWhen you open or use Qulora with a network connection, the app communicates with our backend services over HTTPS. Depending on the feature, we may receive:
- a device or installation identifier and basic device descriptors (such as app version, system version, device model, language, region and time zone);
- an invitation or access code when one is required to continue;
- a session token so later requests can recognize the same signed-in session;
- limited configuration needed to show welcome or help pages and related in-app experiences;
- safety reports you submit about Gallery templates, including the template identifier, report reason, optional writer identifier, and a receipt id returned by our service.
We use this information to operate sign-in and session management, apply entry or product configuration, review safety reports, keep the service secure and reliable, and improve product availability. We do not use it to sell advertising or to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
4. Purposes that stay on deviceCard creation, drafts, binder, local gallery publishing, likes and bookmarks are processed on your device. A local receipt of each safety report may also be kept on the device after it is uploaded. Publishing a card in this version places it in the gallery on your device. In-app support tickets written in Desk Drawer are saved locally; use email if you need a response from us.
5. Photos, camera and microphoneWhen you choose an image with Apple’s system photo picker, Qulora receives the selected image for cropping, preview and local card creation. Exporting a card uses photo-library add access when permitted. Camera access is requested only when you take a photo for a card. Microphone access is requested only when you record a voice note, up to 60 seconds. Original audio is stored locally with your drafts and cards, without transcription or upload to our servers. Audio is deleted when no remaining draft or card uses it, or when local account data is erased. Image exports and image shares do not include attached audio. If you share a card using the system share sheet, the image and accompanying text are sent to the destination you select, under that provider’s practices.
6. Support email and external pagesIf you email us, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message and optional screenshots. We use it to answer your request, investigate issues and meet applicable obligations. Opening legal pages or other external links contacts the hosting provider, which may process your IP address and browser or request information under its own privacy practices.
7. Advertising, tracking and disclosureThe current app has no integrated advertising SDK and does not sell app data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers that host our backend or email may process technical data as needed to operate those services. We may disclose information where legally required. Your own exports and shares go to the recipients or services you choose.
8. Storage, retention and securityLocal business records remain until you delete them, delete your local account, or remove app data. Session and configuration data on our servers are retained only as needed to operate the service and then expire or are deleted according to our session settings. Device backups may retain local copies depending on your Apple settings. We use reasonable safeguards, but no device, network or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your controls and rightsYou can edit your profile, remove cards or notes, adjust permissions, sign out, or erase local business records through Me → Desk Drawer → Delete account. Signing out clears the local session. Account deletion clears local business records and asks our service to end the current server session when possible; limited first-use flags may remain on the device. Exported media, third-party copies and backups are outside that deletion. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Email us to exercise applicable rights for information we hold.
10. Children and international processingQulora is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. Our hosting and email providers may process information in other countries according to their policies and applicable safeguards.
11. Changes and contactWe will update this policy when our practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Privacy contact: haigao4177@163.com. Operator: Qulora.
