Sign-in and network

Opening Qulora may contact our online services to create or renew a session, check an invitation or access code when required, and load product configuration. A working network connection is needed for those steps. If sign-in fails, check your connection and try again, or email us with the message shown in the app.

Create your first card

Open Write, add a short line of up to 60 characters and optionally select a preset or photo. Choose a layout, text size and alignment, then check the live preview. Seal the card to create it. Creating and sealing cards does not require virtual currency. You can save it in Binder, view it on your card wall, or export it.

Where are my drafts and published cards?

Drafts save locally and can be resumed from Desk or Write. Your cards appear under Me. System template examples are bundled with the app, and publishing adds your card to the local gallery only. Cards and drafts are not synchronized across devices in this version.

Photos and exporting

Use Album in Write to choose and crop an image, or Camera to take a new photo. Camera access can be managed in iOS Settings. To save a finished card, allow photo-library add access when asked. Exported images remain in Photos after you delete a card or local account in Qulora.

Voice notes

In Write, tap Record to keep up to 60 seconds of original audio. Allow microphone access when asked, then tap Stop. No transcription is performed and audio is not uploaded to our servers. Image exports do not include audio.

Template examples and reports

Built-in Gallery cards are system-provided examples credited to Qulora Templates. Card details include a report control that sends the template identifier and reason to our review queue. We aim to review within 24 hours and may hide a template from Gallery. You can also email us with the template identifier and a screenshot.

Edit, sign out or delete

Tap your profile in Me to edit your nickname or avatar. Open Me → Desk Drawer to sign out or delete your local account. Sign-out clears the local session. Delete account requires two confirmations, erases local cards, drafts, profile and interactions, and asks our service to end the current server session when possible. Limited first-use flags may remain. Backups, exported images and copies shared elsewhere are not removed. Export important cards first.
